Interior Vent Covers
« on: July 05, 2015, 04:43:24 PM »
I have a couple of interior vent insulating covers "leftover" from some experimenting. Rather than toss them out, I'll mail them free to anyone who might need them. There are 2 catches. One is that these don't fit into a vent than has a Heng's turbofan installed. The fan and lid raising mechanism keep the covers from going into the vent far enough to stay put. The other catch is that in my experiments, I modified the foam inside the cover. From the outside they still look new and they are unused. But the foam has been removed some on one side. They would work great in a standard vent without a fan, and maybe in a vent with one of the small "whizzer" fans. Send me a message if interested.
