My wife and I purchased a used 2015 21rbs, and we love it. I have looked through all of the manuals that the previous owner gave us, but I can't find anything about this red light switch located near the door by the tv plug in.

On/Off for the water heater electric element maybe?
If it ain't broke it probably will be soon.

The lighted red toggle switch controls the electric element in the hot water heater. When lighted it means the water heater electric element is turned on and powered. It is very convenient if you want to turn off the electric element for some reason. DO NOT TURN THIS ON UNLESS YOU'RE SURE THE WH IS FULL. It is totally independent of the propane burner in the water heater. BTW, at one time Thor deleted that switch because it was "confusing". Don't know about current production.

There is also a small lighted push button (green) on the TV connector panel that controls the cable/antenna booster. When lighted the booster is powered and connected to the rooftop antenna. When the light is out the TV panel connector is connected to the cable connector on the outside of thee camper.  The rooftop antenna is also used for the FM radio so the booster must be on for the radio to work.
Any 20 minute job can be stretched to a week with proper planning
