10.0 corners saging

We just bought a used 2016 10.0. After taking it out for the first time I noticed that all four corners of the tent are saging to the point that that water will pool in the corners. Even thorough it isn't leaking this concerns me. Is this normal? If not does anyone have any suggestions on rectifying this?

Other than that the camper performed wonderfully.

From what I've seen, that's normal except for the 6.0.
