here are all the pictures of the conversion.  I got a great deal on this leftover unit in 2015 (as its a 2013) so I had to accept the couch, but I never wanted it.  We had thought we would upgrade to a new camper one day, but the after listing on Ebay I decided to keep it.  (full disclosure, I paid $16.1K out the door in 2015, and had a cash offer of 13K, but you know what..  these 2013 models are too hard to find, and after thinking about, its worth more to me)

So I hated that couch, so what to do...  change it..  post questions if you have them, to many details to list them here.

for a custom effect, I took pictures from our camping trips over the last 20 plus years of so, when my boys were growing up.  I put them on my table and covered them in epoxy.   its special to my wife and I and reminds us of all our camping trips.  I saved the sheet metal from the top (or bottom) of the couch area, this is what I used to do all the trim

Nicely done. I have a 2015 with the couch. We wanted the dinette as well, but I grabbed the first 2015 that was clean. The bunkhouse was cool but it killed the bathroom. We have two young girls, but we plan to keep it for an early retirement. If you look at marine posts, you might find one that telescopes to the right height for your board bed. Should fit the same base. Had your 16 been closer to Ohio I would have snagged it in a minute for that price.
