I agree with Chappy133 any vehicle mechanic can do it and the grease seals are readily available. You do need to call ahead to make sure the business has room to park and maneuver the camper in their service bay or parking lot.

Any car mechanic should be able to do this.  It is a job you can do after watching Youtube too.

We were warned about the original 6 ply tires that came on our 14-DB being a liability.(Single axle) I replaced them at Discount Tire with 10 ply Good Year tires which I run 60 psi in. Since my lug nuts were rounded off they replaced them with Ford lugs which they had in stock for around $42. They are longer lugs and take care of the rounding off problem. I also put 10 ply Michilans on my Taco at the same time and run 60 psi in them also. They made the ride a lot more stable.

I forgot to mention the price of the glazing panel we ordered from Willemsen Caravan in the Netherlands. The 700x520mm glazing panel article number (DOC5700520906228) was approximately $697 US dollars.
The 2 stays and handles were approximately $65 US dollars.
The shipping and customs was $460 US dollars.

The total bill was $1221.33 US dollars.

The money transfer done at my bank took care of the conversion of US dollars to Euros. I did pay a fee for the money transfer.

We needed to replace the glazing panel on a side window in our 14DB. The size in millimeters was 700x520. My wife and I did exhaustive searches for that size window and finally found one at Willemsen Caravan in the Netherlands. It was an exact match!  We had to pay using a money transfer, which  I had done at my bank. The shipping and customs amounted to around $460, but it was by far the cheapest and best alternative. Willemsen was a great company to deal with. We only corresponded through email, and with the approx 6hr time differences most correspondence came to me in the wee hours.

DHL was the carrie/shipper.I had a wonderful experience with them as well. They picked up the window at Willemsen. It was transported to the Heathrow Airport in the UK, and the customs were all paid from the shipping fee I paid to Willemsen with my money transfer. I recieved updates by email from DHL until the window eventually arrived at my door. The window was securely packed and arrived undamaged.(It took about a week for the shipment to clear customs.)

We ordered new stays and handles, which I  strongly advise. Note that they do not include the screws, so be sure to save and reuse your old ones, or order the screws in addition to the other components.

We couldn't be more pleased.
