An unfortunate event occurred today that may require major replacement parts for our 2018 RBS. Looking for the contacts due to the transition to help speed the repair(if that exists lol). Probably will need side panel and some slide parts but who knows until the appraiser looks at it. Any help is appreciated.

The equipment LL installs in their campers is standard external supplier stuff, though some is hard to find now (like the window saga in the thread you contributed to last year). Structural parts (framing/panels/etc.) would have to be custom cut and installed at a repair facility willing to take on the job and with the tools/experience to do so. Some members on here have had good luck with RV repair places doing major work successfully (though sometimes with a long wait). When the appraiser gets done and you know more specifically what you need, post back.

And, of course, we all want to know about the unfortunate event. Operator error? Camper failure? Bad luck?

As Merlin notes, Livin Lite just assembles parts supplied by third parties. You or your RV repair facility can get those parts from the original supplier for the most part. Any structural repair like siding and frame can be repaired locally using generic aluminum sheet and framing.

The situation is similar to the boating industry. My boat manufacturer when bankrupt in 2011. I haven't missed them a bit ;-).

Thanks! The unfortunate event was a lady dive bombed the camper today on the way home. Saw my truck but didn't see the camper as she was leaving a convenience store in a small town. Hit the front corner drivers side of trailer and slide down destroying the pass through where she hit. I was able to duck over but she caught the slide corner  and first wheel and her front quarter panel and front end magically disappeared. Doesn't appear the frame itself was damaged at least that's my dream...

The reprsentative I know about is Paul Rose.  His email is prose@kz-rv.com .

Wow, quite a hit! I hope the repair goes as well as possible. Keep us posted on progress. I'm sure you know there is still a contact number for LL on their web site, but I have no idea where it goes.
