I purchased a late 2015 made 2016 21RBS in June of 16.  The camper has been to Maine and back (live in southern Michigan) crossed the Mackinac bridge 3 times once to camp in Wisconsin and is headed to Florida in October. We love the thing. I sold a 2012 Airstream 22FB to buy the Camp Lite. Actually made a little cash on the AS.

We had a few small issues that needed correcting so it was time to test the warranty.  The radio is terrible, the sink was not bolted in on one corner and the toilet wouldn't hold water after filling the bowl. Most of the trim was coming down and one portion of the decal was peeling.  I called the warranty department and sat up an appointment. I only live an hour and 45 minutes from the factory and had the camper there at 5:30am. The tech met me in the parking lot at 5:30, said he was ready to get started. He walked me through the camper and noticed a couple other things he could take care of while he was in there working. He grabbed an additional tech and they got started. I went back to check on their progress at 11am and he walked me through all they had done and then showed me six other unit in the shop. None of the other campers were Camp Lites, just run of the mill stick built KZ models. His words to me were "Never get rid of this camper". He works on lower end models every day and nothing compares to Camp Lite. I pulled out of the shop at 2pm and was headed back to southern Michigan. It was a great experience and it is good knowing I still have 9 months of warranty left.

Thanks for the positive report! Good to know the factory can/will do that. Happy camping!

Where in Michigan? I'm in the Lansing area (Haslett).

And, BTW, welcome to the forum.

Thanks Merlin. I'm a few miles from Michigan International Speedway. A little town called Tipton. Currently camped outside of Lewiston.
