At the rate LL is replacing floors, walls, cabinets they soon will no longer be able to claim an aluminum camper. Soon to be an "aluminum free camper".
Any 20 minute job can be stretched to a week with proper planning

What a shame, the original concept was what drew me to the brand. Now, they'll be no advantage to buying one, what next, a steel frame?

Glad our 2014  21BHS is a "classic".

Sadly, I would not consider a current manufacture CampLite, nor would I recommend one to others.

Can you elaborate Eddie?  We just bought a 2018 a few months back and the chassis is alum, frame is alum, exterior, skin is alum cabinets and doors are alum.  The floor and roof are no longer aluminium like original models which isn't a bad thing from what I understand.  Are there other differences?

I remain immovably of the viewpoint that aluminum floor and ceiling are superior, as well as dual axles on the 14's and 16's.

I could have sold an old school Camplite this weekend. People still come up to us at campsites to ask about our trailer.
