Years ago I  was introduced to Jim's Variable Constant (JVC), so named because my friend Jim used it a lot. Of course, later, in the military acquisition world it became Joint Variable Constant. This may be useful in converting AH to WH. Thus WH≈AH*V*JVC. In your case WH=3.0*12.5*JVC=44 where JVC≈1.1733333333334 but subject to change.  ;)


What's really strange is WH going up for charge and discharge. I guess it's useful to know the total energy exchanged, regardless of direction.  Sort of like the Gross Domestic Product for batteries. Keep us informed of your research and conclusions.  :D
