Bath vent fan cover

Howdy all,

So a hail storm trashed the cover for fan vent in the bath. I can't figure out the manufacturer to replace this cover. Anyone have this info, it would be much appreciated.

If you have the original vents, they are made by Hengs. You can order replacements on Amazon in white, black, smoke, and metal. You can get either just the plastic or the entire vent lid.
