Can you elaborate on what structural problems the new floors are having?

Most of the reports are as Steve Sanders notes. However there are reports of screws pulling out since the foam floor cannot hold screws. I immediately think of the dinette table support, which was iffy to begin with. The welded tubing/plank floor made a rigid base for the trailer. Anything that adds rigidity to resist twisting and flexing under way is good.
