Break away switch screw broke

My break away switch screw broke for some reason and I am not sure how to attach it back to the tongue. I tried with a drill but my drill is too big to get it there. Anyone has an idea how I could fix this?

There are right angle drills and drill attachments made to get into tight places. Amazon has a nice selection of both.
