Hello everyone,
I'm about to order a battery monitor for our CL.  I have a choice between a 50A or 100A shunt.  I'm wondering if 50A is enough or maybe I should go with the 100A?

Thanks again for your help!

You will never exceed 50A and the smaller shunt should give you marginally better accuracy. Does the monitor have the ability to switch between the two shunt types or does it come programmed specifically for the one you order. FWIW the standard for battery monitor shunts is 500A.

Thanks a lot David.  I really don't know if the monitor has the ability to switch between the two shunts or if it's already programmed.  It's a Chinese battery monitor so it's really hard to find precise information about those products.  I guess will know when I receive mine!
