Nice article.  Would like more details on that heated mat that Powder Hounds uses!

We do some winter camping each year to/from FL in Jan (and then often a second trip to the Carolinas in Mar).  Often snow and single digits or teens up north on both ends.  We de-winterize when we hit warmer temps and re-winterize on the way back.   We carry a nice 12V compressor and plenty of anti-freeze, so winterizing is a snap.  Unlike Powder Hounds we always use the LP furnace in addition to the ceramic heater.

Our freezing temps section is usually only 2-3 days on each end so we can flush the toilet with anti-freeze.  On the northern trip, we dump/flush at our local Cabela's as soon as we have a day in the 40's.  This year it was just a couple of days after our return, so that worked out well.
