I have been editing the OP. Started at $4900 this season, dropped to $4500, now $4000.

Trailer in good condition. Smoke free, pet free. The tent has some faint mildew stains, some very fine holes on one of the bunk windows, and the zipper pull on the door window doesn't have a stop (works, just don't open too far). However, a BRAND NEW tent cover is included. Use as-is and save it as an extra, or put it on right away.
