I use the Victron with the Bluetooth to monitor mine on my phone. Well worth the $ in my opinion. The range on it is great too. Here's a screenshot of mine right now..

Now that's funny Merlin 😂😂😂

Awesome work man! Looks factory 👍🏻

Yea your'e lucky you got the 45a PD. If mine came with that, I would have left it alone. Sadly my WFCO only puts out a max of 15a DC charging power unless I drain the batteries below 50%... but who's gonna do that? Even then it would only bulk charge for a short period.
Progressive dynamics make good converter/charges.

PD is better than WFCO for charging. You should be ok with what ya got 👍🏻.

My only complaint on the storage wards, are the sharp corners on them. I've bumped into them more than once, and it hurts! Anyone found a solution for this? I've thought about adding some sort of rubber or foam to the corners but I think it would just stand out and look too gawdy. I may end up just rounding them off with a file. Ideas?

I actually like the blue LED mood lighting a lot. Mine are on all the time, and work great as a nightlite to see around in. I think it's worth having the double storage wards also. Adds a lot more storage, and isn't difficult for us to make the bed.

I agree that the dinette table is a small wobbly piece of junk, and the sink is definitely too small.

My biggest complaint is how small the bathroom is, and how narrow the door opening is. Also the small water tanks are a pain for longer trips. Really have to conserve/monitor.

Wasn't happy to hear that they switched from torflex to leafsprings when I bought mine. I hear the moryde system is easier to fix/replace, but I'm leery of the leaf springs and hardware rusting. This has been an issue for me in the past.

As for the rubber roof... yea it's not too stable to walk around on, but I get good cell service inside my camper :) I hear that the 6 sided aluminum trailers are like being inside a faraday cage when it comes to getting a cellular signal.

Overall I'm happy with my 2018 21BHS now that I've worked out the big issues. I'm currently on day 18 of a month long trip, and have had 0 issues on this trip. Seems pretty solid, and reliable now :)

Depending how old your current battery is, I would just buy a matched pair of 6v golf cart batteries. Problem with mismatched batteries is that the weaker one is always draining from the stronger one.

Figured it out.. just pop the corners off the shade, loosen the phillips and 5/64" allen screws and pull the white string tighter to increase tension. Repeat on opposite side.

Apparently, quite a few people are having this same issue with these new shades on the Facebook owners group. Seems to only be affecting the big slide windows though due to the longer/heavier shade. Looks like I'll be taking it apart in the near future.

You must have an older version? These ones are simply held up by friction. There's no locking detents. I'll take it apart it and MacGyver something up myself, but wanted to see if anyone had a recommendation before I do it.

Anyone have a quick fix for window shades that won't stay up? The long dinette shade on my 2018 21bhs has lost its friction and keeps falling down.

So there must be a piece of Al square tubing running along the top of the floor that the walls are screwed into?

I'm a little surprised the holes were pre-drilled.   Every screw I've removed on mine, most of which are stripped,  has been a drill tip screw- ie makes it's own hole.
Which is part of their issue with stripping screws, I think the drill tip is too big for Al- more suited to steel perhaps.

It was thru the fiberglass so they predrill to avoid chipping is my guess. I wouldn't just shove a self tapping screw thru fiberglass.
As far as what they screwed into.. That's a good question, looking closer at the photos I can see the foam from the floor right below where they screwed in. So what did they screw into? hmmm

They found predrilled holes along the bottom of the fiberglass that never had screws installed into them. The screws would have been held in place by the lower trim had they just fallen out or had the heads broken off, there was nowhere else for them to go with the lower trim in place. Only 2 screws were there at the very forward part when the trim was removed, and had ripped through the fiberglass because they were too low. The rest of the wall was basically free floating.

They installed new screws that re-positioned the wall back in place, which also covered up the tear in the vinyl floor that became visible when the wall shifted outwards. Re-positioning the wall also fixed my dinette slide from rubbing on the floor during operation. There's now a 1/4" gap at its closest point between the wood, and the floor during the slide cycle.

The forward wall behind the rock guard didn't even have any screws securing the square tubing on the right side, was missing the left screw, and the center screw was hanging out. This was the cause of the large gap and the spongy feeling when pushing on it.

Here's some before/after pics of the side wall, and a couple of what was behind the rock guard/diamond plate in the front.

I'll be contacting customer support this morning for reimbursement of the repairs. They had previously authorized the field repair for this.
