I just looked on ebay under " back up camera "and something similar showed up. They seemed to be even less expensive than what I remember. Sorry, just don't have that info.

I have PEIslander's mirrors also. I now use them in conjunction with my trailer's rear view camera. I aim them to focus on my tires. I just like to see my tires, once in awhile, going down the highway.

I hang them from the bottom of my mirrors. Just remember to pull them in when you come up to the toll booth !!!

I bought my cameras on ebay. You see them all the time. VERY reasonably priced. I was a little skeptical at first, but they arrived fine. My buddy and I installed the hard wire in the Suburban. It was a pretty big project. I wanted to add a disconnect at the rear bumper for the trailer. First camera was installed for the hitch connection.....or as we like to call it, the " marriage saver " !!!!
Then I installed the camera on the trailer. Put it high, near the lights. Worked the wire across the top of the back wall ( the trim comes off easily ) and tied it many places as I routed it down through the outside storage bay, bath lower cabinets, found a penetration to share to go under the trailer, and zip tied it easily up to the tongue.
I chose hard wire because I had read concerns about wireless. I LOVE  driving with the rear camera on.!! It made my $100 mirror extensions almost useless. I can not only see behind me, but I can see BOTH sides of me. Makes passing a piece of cake. Also, you can see what's going on around you and can be prepared for traffic flow issues. I recommend this install to EVERYONE. Go do it, or have it installed. It is money VERY WELL SPENT!!!

I tried to create a post again, still having problems with uploading pictures. I tried to send the info, as requested. Now I realized I did not include the sale price of $24000 and could NOT edit my post!! Shouldn't be this difficult. I am going to miss the livinlite-owners forum, and it was hard to post pictures there, also.

I just checked, and even the written part of my post didn't show in the "for sale" post??!!

Thanks
I actually was trying to post about 8 photos. There was a notice that I couldn't go over a certain kb?? but I have no way of knowing what is going on when I upload pictures from iPhoto. I just click and choose. Not too good with tech stuff. Thanks

I just spent the last half hour posting my trailer for sale, complete with selecting about 8 photos from my library. I first thought there was a problem as I chose the photos, because they would not " open ". I thought they would show up when I pressed the " preview " button.......NOTHING SHOWED UP!!?? I am obviously doing something wrong. HELP!! I've got a great trailer that I would like to find a new home for!

I wanted a bike cover for my new Swagman 63644 rack ( LOVE IT ).
Everything I saw was too expensuve or cheap vinyl.
Had just purchased a new cover for my grill from Amazon. Thought it may work as a bike cover. I don't usually rave about made in China stuff, but these were VERY WELL DESIGNED AND MADE and very reasonably priced. I bought another one for about $25!!!!  and added some grommets along the bottom. They come with velcro ties at the bottom, but now I add a few bungee cords for good measure, using the grommets.
WORKS GREAT!!! Buy it.

There is too big a rise from the floor of the trailer to the first step which is 10 1/4". Code likes 7 1/4" so I will be adding a 3 inch new tread to the existing step. I had made this adjustable step to place on uneven ground using my leveling blocks. Someone one the proboards forum will try a combo out of aluminum.

There were plumbing changes. I had to put valves on the hot and cold lines before hooking them up. I also purchased a flexible trap for intallation. All the info about brand and model number is on the proboards site. I am traveling now and don't have that info handy. This is NOT an easy modification. Be advised.

Just finished redoing the installation using reinforced tubing and clamps. Very easy to do. So much better being able to get at the valve at the side of the trailer and not crawling underneath. You can get water for the pooches easily now, too.

It was a 1/2" size nipple. I had removed the valve and took it to Lowes, just to be sure.
You would need special tools for the pex. On second thought, I would use the clear reinforced tube they sell at Lowes and some good hose clamps. I'll probably retro fit mine that way, also.

There have been past posts on the other forum regarding the location of the fresh water drain valve. For those of us who drain their tank, you have to literally crawl under the trailer, and then proceed to get wet from the splashing. That is, if the ground wasn't wet to begin with. LL could have easily located the drain to the side of the trailer, where it belongs. I relocated it today, and it was a very easy task. The drain simply unscrews, add a male nipple and a female coupler to a 42" piece of PEX and strap it to the slinky storage holder. Pictures attached.

I have installed the trailer tray and modified the Barker Tote so that I had a way to secure it to the tray and to lock it up. I am attaching some photos showing the result.
