could make a pretty simple hold down bracket with 2 sections of angle iron and 2 sections of all thread.  mount it across the top of the  battery on top, all thread through the bottom of the battery box, add the second piece of angle under the frame.  tighten the nuts down on the all thread to secure the battery to the frame

looks like the image links in my post fell victim to photobucket greed.

i used magnetic cell phone holders.  basically a steel ball and a magnetic ring and 3m adhesive (which doenst come loose).  work great

ahh...that side pic helps clear things up.  not a while lot of frame there in the front to play with

would you have enough room if you moved the battery back on the tongue against the camper from wall and them moved the tanks  back as well...leaving space for the generator near the front of the tongue?

i ended up moving my tank (and adding one) forward and my battery (and adding one) forward to make room for a fuel cell, but i had the benefit of a slanted front, giving me extra room

that is an incredible offer...if i was closer i would be taking you up on it

welcome...hope you have a good time while you are here.

i have friends up at taylor park this week (between crested butte and buena vista).  they mentioned rain every afternoon.  cool 40 degree mornings and 70s during the day (but feels hotter).  pretty common for this time of year

Just a plastic ammo box from Dicks, I think it was $7. I have multiple amp fuses, electrical tape, ss water hose clamps, you know little of this, a little of that ::) I just looked it up, its the Plano Shot Shell Box, I got it on sale a while ago.

i think he meant 12 ga

would wood grain vinyl wrap work?  cheap (~$9 a roll on ebay)

i just spent 4 days in st george and experienced the same thing.  with the 110 degree outside temps, the fridge was useless.  the freezer was great..even
kept ice cream sammiches frozen.  the fridge was allowed to cool completely over 3 days and i even packed it with ice jusgs when i put the food in.  within 2 days all of the ice had melted and the fridge was warm.

for those running  adv fan...where did you draw the power from inside the fridge?

also, isnt there a heating element meant to reduce condensation?  can it be removed/disonnected?

Buy two packs of these: http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/rv-leveling-blocks-10-pack/56865

Good for leveling wheels and under the tongue and stabilizer jacks.

exactly what i use.  the bag (although cheap), is a nice addition

good call on going larger.  i went just big enough and will definitely have to upgrade soon.

not sure where they mounted your tie down points, but i have since moved mine from when the pic was taken.  they just werent wide enough for a rzr (you can see my tires are actually almost covering the fronts).

if i had ordered it (instead of buying off of the lot) i would've ordered recessed tracks
