Not sure what you mean by bunkhouse, but if you look at the 2015 16TBS that is listed for sale, 4 ads below yours, that trailer is listed by the Livin Lite specs as a bunkhouse floor plan...it has 2 twin beds in the front...but they are not bunk beds (one above the other)

I'm the owner/seller of this 16TBS...it meets all your requirements...although I and the trailer are located in Kalispell, Montana (40 miles outside the west entrance to Glacier National Park)

2015 Camplite 16 TBS, pre Thor, ALL aluminum including extruded aluminum floor, AZDEL inside panels, aluminum welded cabinet frames with AZDEL cabinet panels, TANDEM DEXTER TORSION AXLES, SLIDE with fold out couch/ bed, twin beds in the front of trailer can be made into a king sized bed, microwave/convection oven, 2 burner cooktop, separate shower (NO WET BATH), flushing toilet, 3 power source auto switching fridge/freezer, heater, air conditioning, new brake backing plates and brake shoes UPGRADED to wider 3500lb/axle brakes, near new tires, 12 foot manual awning with new awning canvas, added luggage slideout for front pass through compartment, twin small propane tanks, 1 yr old deep cycle RV battery.  All accessories go with the trailer....Proven Industries hitch lock, Progressive Industries 30EMS surge/management system, 30 amp power cable, etc.

Everything works as they should....Dometic air conditioner is noisy as they all seem to be.

Factory listed weight is just under 3,000 lbs

Only selling as my wife's spine has deteriorated to where she can no longer walk without assistance or get up the steps into the trailer.
