Just got our Quicksilver 14XLP out for a first real trip up in the mountains for some boon docking for two nights!  The upgraded AGM battery and solar suitcase worked very well, as did the lock n roll hitch that I upgraded to. No issues at all off road with clearance or stream crossings even on steep terrain where I needed 4 wheel low we kept up with our friends opus.  We were really thankful for the extra features on the XLP as it got below 30 one night and the furnace kept the girls happy!

Get a 6 speed and you're gold!  I think I still need a small lift and a bit stiffer spring to level things out perfectly....
