Hi,
There are two USB ports in the power center on the wall near the stove top. There are two USB ports and one lighter socket. The USB ports were working and have stopped. I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks!

Check for voltage at back sideterminals with a voltmeter. If no voltage trace back to the fuse panel to find the problem. If you have voltage then usb is bad, which is quite common.

I checked for power as you suggest and indeed there is power there. Does anyone know where to get a replacement USB connector?
Google USB connectors on this site and living-lite.com/forum. Someone who sounds like he knows what he is talking about posted about this and noted that most of these connectors are junk, but he also noted who was good.

This also happened when I had my 2015 13QBB. I think it happened when I plugged a second phone it became really hot and stopped working. I didn't had time to replace it since I traded it for my 2018 21BHS not too long after

I tried searching on the Livinlite forum and didn't have any luck here. I suspect that the dig that many don't last was specific to 120V powered ones. Since you specifically asked about a combination cigarette lighter outlet and USB ports I suspect that you are talking about one that is powered by the camper's 12V system. These have less likelihood of failure I believe.

The Blue Seas USB outlet in the bottom of the first page is made by a quality marine electrical supplier and I would have confidence in it. The other are all Chinese I am sure and some will be good and some not so good as is typical of Chinese stuff.
