I am testing a new rotate picture functionnality
I installed this mod. This will permit the rotation of pictures and will also automatically resize picture to a good viewable size.
After you posted a picture if it need to be rotated you can edit your message and go into the attachment option and there will be a dropdown box to rotate the picture.

I have posted several times to this and the LL forum, advising posters that pictures of 2-3 Mb and higher are essentially unviewable and that the 500 Mb size of your LL pic above is about right. So I am very glad that you are automatically resizing pictures and giving the poster the ability to correct rotation.
Why don't you see if the LL site will buy your enhancement ;-)

All existing pictures where resized as part of this upgrade
