Title: Bearcat vs Camplite
Post by: zonzin on February 27, 2017, 09:42:07 PM
So I was curious as to what a Bearcat was and from what I can see they are Camplight trailers with wider axles and different graphics. Am I wrong?

Some of the Bearcats had the larger floor area that acted as a quad deck in front, or a small deck off the rear for dirt bikes, etc. Imagine plunking a 13 foot Camplite cabin on a larger 16' or 18' aluminum flat deck trailer. If I recall the wheels were outside the cabin with fenders, and they had a larger 15" wheel and tire. Great combo set-up as a toy hauler, but tough to find at a dealer. I thought they were a cool set up.

We have the Bearcat BC7x20 and basically it is just the same as a Quicksilver VRV 7x20 toyhauler. Slightly different standard equipment, but can be optioned up to be the same. Main difference is the Bearcat comes with the offroad package, and different color scheme and decals.
