The process is VERY different than when I visited the factory in the summer of 2014. Back then, the campers were moved from building to building for different components. I still wish they had vacuum cleaners everywhere in the plant (and used them!).
One thing I noted in the virtual tour is that fiberglass insulation is now used in the roof. I much prefer the hard foam insulation in ours, because fiberglass can absorb water. Even though it won't rot, if a leak develops, water soaked fiberglass can be heavy and not insulate very well.
The new floor looks good in the tour. And I see now why they put the spare tire underneath. It's easy when the frame is upside down!
Great find! I actually didn't know there was pink fiberglass in the roof between the roof trusses in addition to the foam core in the roof itself.
