Headed out on Sunday for a 6-8 week trip out west. Visiting old Army buddies and friends. Staying at Yellowstone NP then friends in Eastern Washington then down the coast of Washington, Oregon, California then headed back east after a stay at Yosemite.
First long trip with our Livin Lite. I recently retired on 30 June.
Happy Trails!
Best wishes for a safe & fun trip. Care to share your route & planned overnights? We are discussing such a venture this fall with a route through CO, Utah, NM, AZ then coastal from CA to OR & WA.
If you have any OR questions, etc. etc.
Great way to take advantage of retirement! Safe travels
Safe travels. Be prepared for some smoke. You can keep up to date on fire info at https://inciweb.nwcg.gov.
have a great trip !
Somewhere along I90W in Wisconsin our black pipe bailed. The storage door is completely gone. A trip to Wally World for a replacement hose. Did a quick repair with para cord for the missing door. Also found out the SD rest areas have free dump station and potable water. Nice!
Note: Sway control back on when out on the open prairie!
Made it to the California coast. Drove through Oregon but saw nothing but smoke. Now trying to figure out how to get out of central California while not getting caught in any more smoke.
Wow, nice photos! Bummer about the smoke. I hope you find a way out of that maze.
