Can't find a screw bit that fits the screws on my 21bhs.

Just purchased a #2 square bit screwdriver made by Klein that fit my 21rbs. Found it in the electric department at HomeDepot, not in hardware. Cost $10.
They are called Roberson bits. As common as phillip head in Canada. Should be easy to find.
