Title: Tank treatment
Post by: Merlin on April 10, 2021, 08:47:47 AM
Any recommendations for an enzyme based black tank treatment that has no added scent? My favorite, Thetford Ecosmart, is out of stock everywhere. I suspect the bots sensed a shortage, bought it all up, and it's now $29 per quart.

And I thought paying $6 CDN for a quart of whipping cream during this pandemic was bad! GK

I found good reviews for Walex Bio-Active liquid and it's available for reasonable prices at several RV suppliers. I ordered a half gallon which will be enough for this season.

The Thetford stuff I mentioned in the first post is back in stock in some places, but now more than twice the cost of the Walex.
