Post by: tco2612 on February 12, 2021, 09:14:58 AM
Hello, just bought a 2010 10RD to cold to use right now but a I can't wait. We sold a 2015 11fk two years ago I think I like this better.

That was the golden age of Camp Lites. The only difference was the rounded nose until Thor bought them. Went down hill after that.

I agree with David, you got one of the good ones. It will take good care of you. Just make sure the tires and the battery are in excellent condition. Look for the date code on the tires and replace them with good quality radials if they are more than 6 years old or show any signs of odd wear or cracking. You can learn how to read a date code at the Tire Rack. If you get tires, I recommend Maxxis or Carlisle radials.

The battery will also have a date code on it, but you'll have to look that up on-line for the brand you have. Again, if more than a few years old, get a new Interstate RV battery of the same size.

Should be on a label attached to the drivers side of the trailer's front A-frame. GK
