Title: new old member from Wisconsin..just bought a 2015 14bds
Post by: bcsnave on July 30, 2020, 12:09:22 AM
Just bought a pristine 2015 14 DBS.

I am pretty excited to get one..(yes Pinstriper we have an F150 diesel with 11,300 lb tow capacity). We have had 3 fiberglass Scamp trailers and they were light enough to tow with a Subaru outback.

We are in our 60's and we are going to be going to state and national parks and this should tow nicely behind the truck. I am a bit worried about the tongue weight being too light but we shall see.

I look forward to implementing some of GrandpaKilts modifications. Merlin has already been a help along with Mitch.

A 14DBS behind a F-150 requires frequent mirror checks to know it is still there.

Welcome.  I tow our 16 TBS with a F 150.  You should have no issues.
