Manufacture date 12/15 All aluminum roof,floor and walls. Empty weight 3,350 lbs. Tongue weight is 450 lbs. Easily pulled with a half ton truck. Everything is in working order. Electric tongue jack, new queen mattress and folding couch that sleeps two. Tires have 2,000 miles on them. Trailer has been professionally painted 6 months ago. Cost was $3,000.
