How to share a topic link to another forum

Some forum have a problem when you share a link with a comma, the proboards forum is an example, all you have to do is change the  ,  in the link for a = sign.

Our forum links look like:
http://livinliteforum.com/index.php/topic,23.0.html

Change the comma for a = like this:
http://livinliteforum.com/index.php/topic=23.0.html
2014 Ford Escape
2015 Camplite 13QBB
2016 Ford F150
2018 Ford F150
2018 Camplite 21BHS
