Title: making bread without an oven?
Post by: catmanriff on December 14, 2017, 02:51:09 PM
could you do it on a gas grill? Billy pot?

I'm thinking that a fresh cooked loaf of bread sounds pretty awesome..

Cast iron dutch oven, there are ton of recipes on line for just about anything you want to make. All you need for heat is Charcoal Briquettes.

I don't think the gas grill would adequately replace charcoal or real fire for Dutch Oven cooking. You need to put charcoal on the lid as well as underneath.
