Somehow my Bearcat Ramp door got damaged, I don't recall if it was something I did but the more I used the damage ramp the worst it was getting.
I went ahead and got hold of KZ-RV through emails, then they forwarded me to "Challenger Doors". Challenger Door did make the Ramp Doors for the Livin-Lite Toyhaulers, all Challenger Doors needed was my part/stock number's on my existing Ramp Door (sticker on inside edge of ramp door).
After months of searching for a Used Ramp door to my needed spec's with No luck I went ahead and ordered a New Replacement Ramp Door with Challenger Doors. Challenger Doors Service was excellent, shipped directly to me was 6 days, did take 4 of us to mount the new ramp door, the You Tube Video shows mounting a smaller ramp door, a bit misleading compared to a larger full size door, that is why it took 4 of us instead of 2.
I did have to change out the Bar-loc hasp's on each side of the ramp door, both handles, license plate holder and the three top round rubber bumpers but that was easy.
The New Ramp door was $1,330 shipped directly to my home, my ramp door is 72"x76" in size.
Really nice to have a solid feeling ramp door back on my Bearcat toyhauler. :)

This has been posted before but the post is over 4 years old, plus I am asking for a bit more information on the process.

I have tried everything on trying to get the mold spots off of the inside of the tent foldout, the problem is only on inside top section, the walls of the tent are fine.
On the inside of the Bearcat Toyhauler Trailer there is a black metal trim that outlines the tent enclosure, there is a white plastic trim that can be seen under and a little out of the black metal trim section.

I take it that this white trim is connected to the tent-YES
Do you have to remove the Black Metal Trim (mounted with screws-NO)

How do you re-install the tent back onto the side of the Toyhauler Trailer-EASY.

The tent cables are also attached to the black metal trim,-
YES-Remove the Tent Cables at the Bolt.
As in the video, the tent can be removed without taking the cable bolts out, it is just easier during the re-install if these two cables are out of the way.

The comment section on You Tube has additional information on purchasing a New Replacement tent if needed.

It only took the 1st Summer campout to find out that my Bare Shinny Aluminum Roof was way too hot and the heat was felt inside the RV. I applied 3 coats of the "Kool-Seal White Reflective Roof Coatings" with a paint roller after each coating dried completely. I'm 240#'s and the Roof was fine with me standing on it. The Kool-seal has been a blessing, I can now place my bare hand on the ceiling and feel just a tad of warmth in a 100F degree day sitting out in the Sun/before I could not put my bare hand on the ceiling.
I have not had any Black marks on the outside painted RV sides but I have been using a different product for keeping the RV looking like new.
Cleans up real quick and No More Waxing.
I switched over to the "The Last Coat" a product that I use on my Truck, works excellent on the Livin-lite. Once applied all that is needed to keep it looking great is to rinse your Livin-lite off with a hose after it looks dirty, then wipe off the water(I use a shammy) shines up like brand new. I do retreat the RV 3 times a year with "The Last Coat" as it sits out in the weather all 12 months, as the Truck only gets it once every 6 months. You can use "The Last Coat" inside your TV and RV as well". Works on everything, chrome, glass, mirrors, vinyl, so overspray is not a issue when you apply it.

Trip Report/Photos / short Snowbird trip to AZ
February 22, 2019, 08:00:39 PM
Returned from a shorter visit this winter to AZ, stayed in Alamo Lake State Park and a 55+ Over RV park in Florence. Alamo Lake State Park I am returning to next February, already made my reservations. If you have atv/sidexside you can access the trails from directly at Alamo and this State Park has allot of Electric/water RV sites, dump stations nearby the RV sites too. Excellent fishing here but a boat is your best bet but you will need your own as there are no rentals available.
Here are a few Pic's, The one pic with my Truck/sidexside's/Livin-lite Toyhauler under a High awning is in Florence.
