We just purchased a 2019 28FB. We went to Ikea and purchased these white medal shelves that fit quite well inside the aluminum cabinets. They are the Variera series. You will need about 16 of the 12" x 12" and about 7 of the 5"x 12" approximate size. You can stack them on top of each other. Just remember to screw the tops upside down on the legs so you have a lip to catch stuff from sliding off.

Internal stackable shelves are a great idea!

Good idea. Had thought about using Aluminum Extrusions as well.
