Sorry for the late reply.

We sealed our wheel wells with a spray on sealer.  Still noticed a little water when travelling during heavy rains, turned out to be water coming in where the water lines penetrated the floor near the water heater. We cleaned out the old spray foam sealer and carefully spray foamed the area again. This fixed the water problems.

Update on fan installation.
I added this temperature controller.

HiLetgo 2pcs W1209 12V DC Digital Temperature Controller Board Micro Digital Thermostat -50-110°C Electronic Temperature Temp Control Module Switch with 10A One-channel Relay and Waterproof

I wired the controller in the circuit after the toggle switch.
Now i don't need to remember to turn it off when the temperature is cool enough for the natural circulation to keep the area cool.

We experienced a flat tire on our 14 DBS. I had already removed the spare and located it to the covered bed of our TV, i did not like the location of the spare from LL.
Yes the Trailer Aid made changing the tire very easy. The only thing we did not like was the look of the spare tire wheel, we were only half way through our trip, the solution for us was a replacement wheel that matched the existing. A search on Amazon got us just what we wanted.
This was the listing on Amazon
Lippert 376825 RV Radial Tire ST175/80R13 LRC on a 13X4.5 5-4.5 Lynx Aluminum RV Wheel.
These seem to be unavailable now, but the part number may help with a search.

I would like to add to what Pin had to say.
You should load up for a trip and head to the scales. The only way to know is to get on the scales.
The dry weight can be deceiving as it does not always account for extras like AC. A good rule of thumb is to use the trailers max weight.
You need to consider everything that you add to the truck as well, even the weight of the WD hitch. It is all about the weight. . The vehicle manufacturer will list the max capacity.
There is no "fudge factor" you do not want to push the maximum weight always have a safety factor.
Try this link for a calculator. there are others out there. Do your home work, read the fine print go to the Honda website and look for towing capacity. There are some that differ based on flat towing vs mountain towing.
You don't want to damage your Honda and you don't want to have an unsafe rig.
Take care. Happy camping.

This is the one we bought.
It is very comforting to look at the screen and know that all is well.
After driving beside two vehicles in less than one hour that experienced blowouts my mind was made up.
