I'm very happy with my 2 year old '15 Bearcat FK16 Toyhauler purchased in April 2015, made in 2014.
I've had a few issues,
1.-One very serious and Livin-lite fixed it 100%, that was the poorly mounted Tongue Ball Mount, I never did get a straight Answer from Livin-lite on who installed it in the 1st place. Factory or Dealer? Some Dealers do install the Tongue ball mount as some also install the battery box/propane bottles.

2.-The Battery mount was weak too as the installer busted one of the hold down bolts off. Good thing I found this busted bolt as the next trip I might have lost my Bearcat Battery as only one bolt was securing down the battery box.

3.-Brand new and the 1st time I went out camping 2 weeks after I purchased the Bearcat I had a water leak so bad I couldn't use my fresh water w/o pumping out water onto the ground every time I turned on the water pump, good thing I took a extra 21 gallons of water along, dry camping. The Factory busted the fill water fitting on the backside where it mounts to the side of the trailer, a hard find but easy fix with a new $1.68 fitting. The water system couldn't pressurize all because of this broken fitting.

4.-The H2O fresh water tank lacked two needed additional support brackets. After dealing with a very bad sagging in the middle of the H2O tank and bacteria growing where the water in the tank could not be used or drained out completely, two new additional support brackets were installed, problem fixed.

I have had no other issues come up and I do use my Bearcat Toyhauler allot, heavy use from May through October.

Check all of my welds the other day, everyone checked out fine on my '15 Bearcat FK16 Toyhauler.

Already fixed my fresh water tank holder brackets, two new ones were made last summer as I had sagging badly in-between the outer support brackets. The same Aluminum Welder who rebuilt my Trailer tongue made up two new support brackets, these two new brackets were installed more in the middle of the H2O tank underside, now all of the left over water can drain out completely and I now get to use all of the fresh water while out camping.
The two other Holding tanks brackets are fine.

I use the RV Wash/Hand wash about 3 times per year. I wax it as well once every late Spring with the RV wax. I clean the awning as prescribe in the cleaning directions that came with the awning the same time I wash the TT.

Ordered my 2017 FORD F-150 XLT 3.5 eco 4 door with max tow package and BLIS  $$$ They say will take 12 weeks.

With a 10-Speed transmission, you won't be disappointed.

I didn't see the "like" button on your post, so I'll do a full reply and say LIKE on your '17 Ford order. But 3 months wait? Wow.

I will be surprised if it takes 3 months, I was told the same thing when I ordered my 16 F350, came in at 8 weeks. The dealers state that incase there is a delay in the making of the unit ordered, depending on the Truck order sometimes some of the options are not available or back ordered.
There is a site that Ford New Orders can be checked to find your progress on your Ordered Ford, all you need is your VIN Number which you should have by now.

Good job Paul on doing the upgrade to the towing mirrors, you will be pleased with the towing results. I added the same towing mirrors to both of my F150's, the 2010 and 2014.  My Superduty comes standard with the towing mirrors and these are the power units, power out/in and fold in against the windows(came with the towing package when I ordered the F350).
Anyone with the Fords F150's and you tow I would recommend the Ford Towing Mirrors. The 2009-2014 Model years are priced way lower on Ebay/motors, they bolt right up, this is where I bought mine for both of my F150's. The 2015+ F150's are a bit more on Ebay/motors only because Ford change the Mirror design.
Etrailer.com also has some nice extended add-on towing mirrors for all Vehicle Makes/years.

I believe you did Right on keeping the AC even if you don't use it, it is nice to know you have it just that one time you do need it. I don't use mine very much and Never when camping in a area w/o shore power as my Honda EU2000i generator will not power the 9200btu AC unit anyway. I do use it though when I am loading it up and getting ready to head out on a camping trip here at my home. I wired in a outside 30amp plug at my home for the RV Plug just for the use of the AC.

For some reason you do Sell your LL Trailer, the AC Option will be a excellent selling point.
