Thanks for the replies - I'll check Walmart and auto parts stores.  I don't like how skinny those etrailer ones are at the top.  Not a fan of making new holes in frame to fasten behind the back wheel but worth it....

I bought a couple tubes of Loctite PL Marine Sealant at Menards today and ran it along the very front underbody vertical section like highlighted in my pic.  It was fairly time consuming because of the aluminum cross sections, so you can only cover an inch or so slot at a time (which makes it a bit messy also).  I used white so I could see where it was going.

I went to the automotive section in Walmart and found a rectangular universal fit set of mud flaps I think were made for pickup trucks. I did have to trim them, which was easy. The key was the rectangular shape, since the place they are fastened is a straight section of aluminum behind the wheels. I bet an auto parts store would have them in stock if etrailer doesn't.

Hi Merlin - Do you recall where you found the 10"x16" mudflaps?  I found 10"x18" on etrailer.com but not sure they will work based on the shape?
Any insights would be great, thanks.

I'm looking into getting this done, but I'm not seeing how you mounted the internal unit. Any chance you have pics of that?

Not a mud flap but a debris flap.  I put cut down truck flaps in front of the fresh water tank to knock down road debris from hitting the fresh water tank. Stopped at a rest area in South Carolina with our 16TBS and had water flowing out under the truck and camper.  Had to replace the fresh water tank due to the impact crack on the front side of the tank. 

I will look into mud flaps for the 21 RBS. 

I picked up some heavy duty rubber mat and cut out my own. Maximum coverage.

Perhaps purchase a can of automotive under coating and apply that to the inside edges and corners of the wheel wells, focusing on the north /south locations. One can is enough for good coverage. I managed mine without removing the wheels.

Good advice to check the perimeter, powderhounds.

For mud flaps, I just bought generic that are 10x16. I cut a small notch to fit the wheel well and fastened them with SS self-tappers.

You mentioned it is around the perimeter of your rig.

LL used a couple of screws that fastened the walls to the lower perimeter frame. These useless screws just pop out creating a gap from the floor to the walls. Look at the inside to see if there is a gap from the wall to the floor.

It is easy to fix, remove the lower diamond plate trim. Remove old screws, clamp the wall to the frame and use stainless lag bolts to secure. Reassemble. You could try to get some sealant between the frame and wall as well.

I had to do this on numerous spots. No dust and no water after that.

I do have a detailed post somewhere on the forum that shows what I did.
