Years ago we invested in woven bamboo paper plate holders. They have lasted long enough the grandkids are using them now, and you can use the flimsiest paper plates you can get.

Just watch out for steak knives!

Took the plunge and ordered the Blackstone 17" grill everyone is raving about. We travel with an outdoor kitchen and this should fit in the front storage vs the Weber propane grill that is a greasy mess and hard to clean. The Maine crew can come see it in action.
