Livin Lite General Discussion / Paneling Adhesive?
October 05, 2018, 02:34:45 PM

Technical question for Livin Lite owners. Mine is a 2015 CL. Cabinet panels are attached to aluminum square tubing frames with an adhesive, of some type. It is very sticky stuff. Panels can be removed, (with care) and the adhesive retains its sticky properties so panels can be re-applied. Does anyone know what this adhesive is? And where I might buy some? TIA.

Livin Lite General Discussion / Loose widow
September 02, 2018, 12:09:16 PM
Have a CL, 2015, 26RLS. Forward driver side window has a tempered window with a scissor type operating mechanism. When towing, this mechanism loosens and allows the window to open and flop. Fortunately a passing vehicle pointed it out and I avoided loosing the window. (Thanks to gorilla tape) I've replaced the scissor mech which helped but, on long pulls it will still work it's way loose. (More gorilla tape) Anyone else have this experience with this type of window? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Livin Lite General Discussion / Replament interior trim?
September 02, 2018, 11:52:59 AM
Cracked a piece of the interior trim molding around my pull-out. Does anyone know a source for this material? It has a blonde wood grain finish and is some kind of plastic? Or hdpe composite material about 4" wide.

Livin Lite General Discussion / Water pump problem
September 02, 2018, 11:40:58 AM
I have a CL, 26RLS with 53 gallon fresh water capacity. (I think, I've never measured it but that's what I've been told) installed a brand new Sure Flow pump a few months ago. Works fine until it's used about half of the supply then starts acting like it's sucking air or running out of water. I'm sure it isn't out of water 'cause i can refill the resevoir with about 20 gallons of fresh water. Possibly an air leak in the pick-up line? Or?? Any ideas?

Camplite Fifth Wheels / 5th wheel lift kit?
August 30, 2018, 08:47:49 PM
I am considering lifting my 26RLS to better match up to my tow vehicle. There is a kit available from http://perfectcasita.com/casita-axle-lift-kit.html. I have Lippert 5200# a torsion axles. I found an old thread from livinlite forum that addressed this but, the thread died out.
Has anyone done this lift application?
I'm hoping it will give me additional wheel well clearance and allow for a slightly larger wheel/tire than the stock 15" rims.
